Our Managing Director, Donna Lauer, has more than 20 years of telecom experience, including almost 8 years at USAC in the Contributor group, where she was tasked with writing responses to appeals and resolving the most complicated Contributor issues.  She also worked on USAC Contributor audits and has written the Management Response for audits and audit appeals.  One of her primary accomplishments was to revise Contributor policies and procedures so that the number of non-audit appeals filed by Contributors decreased by roughly 90%. 

 

Prior to working at USAC, Donna worked at Decision/Analysis Partners, directing the testing of ordering systems of the winners of the GSA’s Networx telecommunications contracts to ensure that the systems met all of the qualifications specified by the GSA.  She has worked for telecommunications companies in management positions in groups as varied as engineering, finance, and marketing, and has managed people and projects at consulting companies including Decision/Analysis Partners and Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

 

Donna holds both the PMP and PMP-ACP credentials from the Project Management Institute, Inc.
